Job Summary:
- Creative Design: Design visually appealing and compelling creatives for digital campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and website graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO), conduct keyword research, and ensure content is aligned with search engine algorithms to improve organic rankings and drive website traffic. Experience in SEM campaigns (Google Ads) is a plus.
- Social Media Marketing (SMO): Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and enhance community building across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Provide insights to improve campaign performance and meet KPIs.
- Content Strategy & Management: Collaborate with content teams to create and promote relevant content for targeted audiences. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand is leveraging the most effective strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to think creatively while using data and analytics to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage projects independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior members of the marketing team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly adapt and solve challenges related to digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications.
