Job Title: Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager (B2B Fintech)

Target Talent: Alumni of Tier-1 Institutes (IIT / IIM)

Compensation: Up to - 40 LPA (Fixed + Variables)

Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a pedigree of excellence to lead our performance marketing and analytics engine. As a B2B Fintech leader, our growth depends on precision-targeted campaigns and deep attribution modeling. You will be responsible for scaling our digital footprint across the Japanese and global markets, using advanced analytics to optimize every rupee spent on acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing: Design and execute high-intent B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

Full-Funnel Analytics: Build and maintain end-to-end attribution models to track user journeys from first touch to final contract signature.

Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize SQL, Python, or advanced visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) to identify high-ROI channels and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages and the SaaS product interface to improve trial-to-paid conversion rates.

Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly growth audits for the global leadership team in Tokyo and India, highlighting data-backed insights for strategic pivots.

Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and integrate our MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and analytics tools.

Required Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E. from IIT or MBA from IIM is mandatory for this role.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a heavy emphasis on Analytics in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience with Python for marketing automation is a significant plus.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into simple, actionable business strategies.
