Position : Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
Experience : 8-12 Years.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.
- Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth.
- Train, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
- Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive results.
-Requirements.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (mandatory).
- Strong track record of working with USA clients.
- Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with significant monthly spends ($50K+ preferred).
- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
- Experience in SEO is a plus (not mandatory).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
