Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and optimize customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing initiatives.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.


Performance Marketing :


- Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising campaigns.

- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels for lead generation.

- Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO strategies.


SEO & Content Marketing:


- Drive organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

- Manage content strategy, including blogs, videos, and infographics.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters for high-quality content.


Social Media & Branding:


- Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

- Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and manage influencer partnerships.


Analytics & Reporting:


- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.

- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.


Team Leadership:


- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.

- Coordinate with sales, product, and tech teams for integrated campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.

- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


Preferred Skills:


- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.

- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS.

- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
