We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our EMEA Digital Media team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring our enterprise customers in the EMEA region realize maximum value from their investment in Adobe Digital Media solutions. You'll be responsible for driving product adoption, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. You'll work to understand their business needs, address pain points, and ensure their satisfaction with Adobe Digital Media solutions.

- Product Adoption & Value Realization: Help customers effectively implement and adopt our products. Your core responsibility is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and see a clear return on their investment.

- Strategic Growth & Sales Collaboration: Manage account renewals and actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

- Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvement and contribute to the evolution of our solutions.

- Presentations & Best Practices: Deliver presentations for business reviews, webinars, and product demos. You'll also share best practices to help customers effectively leverage our products.

Skills:

Customer-Facing & Communication:

- Proficient in communication and capable of effectively managing customer interactions.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to act as a trusted advisor.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Business Acumen:

- Ability to uncover customer pain points and align solutions to business challenges.

- Knowledge of customer use cases and the ability to recommend solutions.

Adobe Solutions:

- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud (Digital Media) solutions.

Professional Attributes:

- Highly organized, adaptable, and a quick learner.

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

- Proficiency in any European language (German, French, Spanish, or Swedish).

Experience & Education

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role such as account management, business development, or customer success.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
