- 12 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role (preferably in textile, garments).
- Maintain and update the CRM database with customer information, inquiries, new orders leads, and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, B2B.
- Respond promptly to Dealers' queries and follow up for satisfaction and feedback.
Sales Support:
- Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, deliveries, and payment follow up.
- Assist in developing customer loyalty programs and offers.
- Analyze customer buying patterns and suggest cross-selling or upselling opportunities, revenue generation.
Marketing & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing and sales execute SMS, email, or WhatsApp campaigns targeting existing customers.
- Collect and analyze feedback to support marketing initiatives and product development.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular CRM reports, including customer activity, retention rates, and feedback summaries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role (preferably in textile, garments,).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local/regional customer behaviours and market trends (especially in the lungi or traditional wear segment).
