About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to strengthen and expand strategic client partnerships. This role involves managing key accounts end-to-end, driving customer satisfaction, enabling revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of our IT, embedded, and semiconductor engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term strategic client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain continuous communication with client stakeholders.
Growth & Revenue Enablement:
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the IT services portfolio.
- Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Contribute to new business development efforts by participating in proposals, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
Delivery Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track ongoing project performance, resolve escalations, and maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
Sales & Engagement Activities:
- Support and execute targeted sales campaigns and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and events to strengthen engagement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within IT services, preferably embedded systems, semiconductor, or engineering services domains.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage international clients, preferably US or other global markets.
- Technical understanding of embedded systems and semiconductor technologies is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
