BASE LOCATION-INDORE  Management of customer life cycle activities   Predictive churn mgmt. through monitoring and tracking of complete base  New Product Development:   Drive Product penetration with Circles with desired Sales volume.   Conceptualizing / Deploy new product solutions (Nat /circle specific) to support Business Kpi's   Business Development - Provide Strategic direction to Generate avenues to support KPI's of Customer Acquisitions, RGS base management, ARPU and Revenue.   This is a CSD role but experience in Churn management and development of retention plans is a must.
