
Description:
The Manager Corporate Trainer will be responsible to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance and productivity. The trainer will partner with business teams to deliver engaging learning experiences in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with managers
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (soft skills, behavioral, leadership and functional)
- Deliver soft skills, technical, process, and leadership training as required
- Create engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Assess training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data
- Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Stay updated with latest training trends, tools, and methodologies
- Partner with department heads to create role-based learning journeys
- Partner with leaders to design and implement OD interventions (culture, change, restructuring, competency mapping)
- Build a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Use analytics and feedback to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Training & Development, with exposure to OD initiatives
- Experience in designing and delivering soft skills, leadership and behavioral programs
- Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP) is an advantage
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
