
Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment/construction machinery / industrial sales, with at least 3 to 5 years handling key corporate or institutional clients.
Work Environment:
- A Mix of travel and the Mumbai office
Special Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales and managing large accounts pan-India.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Performance-based incentives are applicable as per company policy.
Overview:
- To lead and expand corporate business for Aquarius's equipment portfolio (Concrete Pumps and Batching Plants), building long-term relationships with large infrastructure, RMC, and construction companies. The role requires a strategic, dynamic, and self-driven professional capable of managing key corporate accounts, complex negotiations, and national-level business development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Development:
- Drive corporate-level sales for national accounts in infrastructure, construction, and RMC segments.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with large clients such as EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and RMC operators.
- Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with organisational goals.
Account Management & Customer Relations:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in corporate and government bodies.
- Act as a single point of contact for key accounts - from enquiry generation to order finalisation and delivery coordination.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat and incremental business.
Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Lead complex pricing, tendering, and contract negotiations ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for timely and compliant order execution.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Liaise with Product, Design, and Service teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer alignment.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management for product improvement and strategic planning.
Reporting & Market Insights:
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews.
- Track competitor activity, market developments, and customer trends across the corporate landscape.
Representation & Brand Promotion:
- Represent Aquarius at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate presentations to promote brand visibility.
