Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Manager Contracts to join our Legal team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and legal agreements, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and enabling business efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts including: - Service Agreements, Vendor Contracts, NDAs, MoUs, Work Orders - Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Joint Venture Agreements, Lease Agreements - Regulatory and cross-border contracts (if applicable) - Collaborate with internal departments (BD, Procurement, Operations, HR, Finance) to support contract execution - Provide legal advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies - Support the business in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contract-related litigation - Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements - Maintain a repository of contract templates and ensure version control and timely renewals - Coordinate with external legal counsels when necessary Skills Required - Strong knowledge of Indian Contract Law and commercial contract principles - Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to review complex documents with attention to detail - Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities - Exposure to litigation or dispute resolution related to contracts is a plus - Proficient in MS Office and basic legal tech tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management software) Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university - LLM or additional certifications in Contract Law / Corporate Law are a plus - Up to 5 years of relevant experience in contract management in corporate legal departments or law firms What We Offer - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and purpose-driven environmental services organization - Exposure to diverse contract portfolios and high-impact projects - Collaborative work environment with career growth potential - Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience Reporting To: Head Legal & Compliance
