Core Responsibilities: The key result areas (KRAs) of: - Ensure errorfree payroll processing & management, timely salary payout - Ensuring all statutory compliance management (payout, annual returns etc) - Responsible for payroll audit and able to represent HR audit - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current Labor laws. - Responsible for the delivery of Compensation-related processes monthly, including processing of Incentives Mthly/ Qtly / or any special incentive etc. are run smoothly and correctly as per timelines. - Responsible for implementation of different compensation projects i.e. market benchmarking, policy benchmarking, deriving inferences and suggesting suitable adjustment to the Management and implementing the same. - Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements. - Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current Labor Laws. - Manage HR Operations Team centrally (All Employee lifecycle activities from Onboarding to Exit) - Quantitative Computations During Appraisal cycle. - Preparation and circulation of various Employee related dashboards for relevant stakeholders - Able to manage all HR compliance independently (disciplinary, absconding, warning letters, show cause notices, terminations etc) - Custodian of all Employee Data - Oversee Employee Benefits including ESIC, mediclaim etc - Liason with Finance & Accounts Team for monthly reconciliation and cost management - Manage HR technology, can be in charge of HRIMS for all the processes and able to update technology in feature timely Desired Skill Set: - Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist. - Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management. - Adequate knowledge of current labor laws and regulations. - Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits. - Experience in handling high Headcount and ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. - Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to prioritize work, Multi-tasking and manage time effectively. - Excellent written and oral communication skills and good knowledge of Excel. - Aggressive & Self Starter and Strong analytical skills. - Networking and Influencing skills, Strong Negotiation, Strong Time Management skills and Self-management skills. - Team Player.
