Manager - Compensation/Benefits & Payroll - Manufacturing

We're hiring a Manager - Compensation, Benefits & Payroll for a Manufacturing company in Mumbai (HQ role).

Experience Requirements:

- 5 years - 10 years experience in C&B & Payroll across plants & corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong in Job Evaluation process.

- Strong exposure to manufacturing setups, large employee base.

- Preferred - Expertise in Payroll systems (SAP HR / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / Darwinbox).

- Skilled in Compensation structuring, benchmarking, job evaluation.

- Hands - on with Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, IT, Gratuity, Bonus).

- Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, HR analytics, budgeting & cost analysis.

- End - to - end payroll, benefits administration & stakeholder management.
