Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage Compensation & Benefits frameworks aligned with company goals and market benchmarks - Drive strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and workforce planning - Lead ESOP policy design, communication, and administration - Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting - Analyze market trends and internal data to propose competitive compensation structures - Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization related to C&B - Collaborate with leadership on people strategy, including talent retention and engagement Requirements: - 5-6 years of HR experience with a focus on C&B, strategy, and ESOPs - Prior experience in startup environments is a must
