Looking for Compensation & Benefits specialist candidates having understanding of compensation structures, industry benchmarks and evaluated levels of Job grades - Conduct analyses of jobs, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equality, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices - Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and in line with industry trends and recommend regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs. - Assist in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs. - Assists in the implementation and delivery of various Compensation and HR projects including monthly reporting. - Assists in implementing and administering compensation and incentive programs across the organization. - Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to compensation and benefits. - Monitoring salary structure and benefits - Act as specialist to frame and govern competitive benefit packages. - Work with HR partners and business leaders to budget for and allocate costs associated with compensation and benefits programs. - Implement performance management programs that support employee development and highlight top performers. - Provide support to middle and senior managers to relay their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals. - Deliver effective communications including periodic trainings on performance management programmes and policies to the staff, ensuring that they understand how they will be evaluated. - Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance. - Manage the annual performance and compensation review process. - Review policies and recommend changes that will lead to employee performance enhancement.
