Manager Compensation & Benefit -BFSI Mumbai ( Large workforce ) Manager Compensation & Benefit -BFSI , Mumbai Location : Mumbai Experience : 8 to 12 years , should have experience in managing large work force and multiple entity Qualification : MBA HR KRA : - Monitor & ensure the timely & accurate payroll processing. - Processing of full and final payment - Payroll accounting - JV, MIS, etc. - Understanding of Income Tax / TDS calculation - Audit closures on payroll without any observations - Attendance management and co-ordination - Maintain Database of Compensation revision, variable payout, and any other payments - Assist in designing compensation package, compensation restructuring - Prepare, coordinate for manpower & pay budget, tracking of wage cost - Ensure compliance (internal & external) & reporting - Participate in salary survey & market research for benchmarking - Ensure complete employee data availability, timely updation & accuracy in HR System - Salary revisions as per business requirement - Implement & manage the effective performance management system - Administering the organization's benefits programs - Liaised with Insurance companies / broker for medical benefits program and implemented various controlled methods - Generating Monthly compensation & benefits reports/dashboard for finance team, Payroll teams, HR partners & Leaders - Generating all ad hoc Compensation & Benefits reports - Monitor Tax payments and returns - Keep check on MLWF, Maternity Bonus and Statutory bonus payments - Partner with business stakeholders and Finance periodically to work on initiatives like ; incentive policy, car lease policy, driving biometric attendance implementation etc. - Should you have above skills and experience as above, please apply on IIM Jobs
