
Role Overview:
As a Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management Systems (PMS), you will serve as a strategic architect for our total rewards framework and performance culture. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and refine policies that attract and retain top-tier talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our compensation structures remain competitive in the market while our performance management processes drive meaningful growth and accountability across the organization. You will operate in a high-impact environment where your insights directly influence employee engagement and organizational scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and market benchmarks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals, to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus structures, to optimize the total rewards budget.
- Analyze complex compensation data to provide actionable insights to leadership, supporting informed decision-making regarding organizational design and talent retention.
- Partner with HR business partners and department heads to resolve performance-related queries and ensure consistent application of PMS policies across all locations.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the evolving needs of a distributed workforce.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Compensation and Benefits frameworks, including variable pay and long-term incentive plans.
- Proven ability to lead Performance Management Systems (PMS) initiatives, with a focus on driving objective-based performance cultures in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical proficiency in Compensation Planning and Total Rewards, with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex policy changes clearly to diverse teams.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in HR operations, specifically within the C&B and PMS domains.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration while working across multiple locations or remote setups.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
