Job Description:


The Manager - Compensation and Benefits will oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee compensation and benefits programs in the financial services sector. The role requires a strategic and analytical approach to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Description

- Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop reward strategies that support business objectives.


- Conduct market analysis to ensure salary structures remain competitive in the financial services industry.


- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.


- Provide guidance to the HR team on compensation and benefits policies and practices.


- Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making on employee remuneration.


- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to compensation and benefits programs.


Profile:

A successful Manager - Compensation and Benefits should have:

- A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of C&B experience


- Proficiency in Tamil is important


- Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the financial services industry.


- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.


- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations.


- Experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.


- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
