Role Overview:

As Manager Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our rewards strategy and ensuring fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics, compliance, and HR transformation, driving initiatives that directly impact employee experience and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance & Compensation Cycle:

- Assist in administering the annual Performance Management System (PMS) and Compensation cycle.

- Ensure seamless execution of compensation reviews and payouts.

2. Reporting & Insights:

- Prepare PMS/Compensation-related MIS reports and dashboards for leadership.

- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

3. Benchmarking & Market Analysis:

- Support compensation benchmarking exercises.

- Interpret reports to recommend competitive pay structures.

4. Compliance & Governance:

- Manage compensation-related compliance activities.

- Handle data reporting for public disclosures and regulatory requirements.

5. Process Excellence:

- Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR policies and processes.

- Collaborate with IT and other HR verticals on automation projects to enhance efficiency.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

- High attention to detail with accuracy in data handling.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
