About the Role:
Velodata Global is seeking a highly driven and ambitious Client Acquisition Manager a true go-getter who thrives on winning clients, building strong business relationships, and driving recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute client acquisition initiatives across India for recruitment and staffing services.
- Pitch and present hiring solutions to MNCs, SMEs, fast-growing startups, and enterprise clients.
- Attend industry conferences, summits, expos, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads and build partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CXOs, and Founders.
- Drive outbound outreach, manage CRM data, and follow up rigorously to convert prospects into clients.
- Work closely with the Founder to strategize and execute client acquisition plans.
- Ensure onboarding of new clients, successful closure of deals, and repeat business from existing accounts.
- Represent the company confidently in boardrooms and high-level business discussions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine acquisition strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets within defined timelines.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- New client acquisitions and successful onboarding of accounts.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Growth in recurring business and retention of key accounts.
- Increase in qualified leads generated from events, meetings, and outbound efforts.
- Number of pitches, proposals, and conversions delivered within set targets.
- Strength and expansion of relationships with decision-makers across industries.
- Accuracy and discipline in CRM management, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
- Contribution to strategy, market insights, and competitive positioning.
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and hiring models.
- Experience in staffing, HR consulting, or B2B client acquisition.
- Strong CRM usage, lead generation, and outreach management skills.

- Ability to confidently interact with top-level decision-makers at MNCs and high-growth companies.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch services effectively.
