Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Executive / Manager to handle and expand our dealer network.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, preferably in the cable, wire, or electrical manufacturing industry.
Reporting To: Head Sales - Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand, and maintain the dealership and distributor network across assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to enhance market coverage.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales targets, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Handle pricing, negotiations, and dealer margins as per company policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely product dispatch, delivery, and support.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance and gather market intelligence.
- Resolve dealer issues related to billing, payments, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Maintain detailed records of dealer sales, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and dealer performance analyses to management.
- Plan and execute dealer engagement programs, training, and promotional activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing dealers/distributors in the manufacturing or electrical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for dealer visits and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or other ERP software.
