Role: Manager COE - L&OD
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leaders on building Strategic Capabilities at an organizational level, as well as at a functional / team level.
- Be the process owner for L&D, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Diversity & Engagement
- Spearhead the Learning Impact Measurement and ROI on Learning initiatives.
- Identify the leadership development needs and define short-term and long-term development plans.
- Guide and mentor leaders to identify and address their development needs.
- Undertake various Org-wide and smaller system-wide OD interventions.
- This would encompass various ongoing Capabilities and Culture interventions too.
- Ensure capability building and provide the necessary subject matter expertise to all HR Heads, Leads.
- Lead the design and creation of content, building the modules and the facilitator guides, and coaching the facilitators (typically HR Heads & Leads) in delivering it effectively to their managers and onwards.
- Work closely with the Corporate COEs and the Digital team in ensuring that all digital system requirements (new and existing improvements) are met.
- Ideating, conceptualizing, creating and publishing white papers for all our key initiatives. Participating for prestigious awards and giving it our best shot.

- OD certification from TISS/ISABS
