Role Overview:

As the Manager - Capability Building, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning solutions that enhance the skills and performance of our workforce. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, create tailored training programs, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.


This role directly impacts employee engagement, productivity, and ultimately, the achievement of our strategic business objectives. Based in Navi Mumbai, this position requires a proactive individual capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments across various departments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions, to address identified needs.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

- Manage the end-to-end learning and development process, from program design and delivery to evaluation and reporting, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback collection, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Partner with external vendors and consultants to source specialized training programs and resources, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into our learning strategy.

- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies, ensuring efficient administration and user access.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs across various modalities.

- Proven expertise in conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Navi Mumbai.
