Innorenovate is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for one of its clients into Cable Manufacturing domain.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. This role involves market analysis, sales strategy development, client relationship management, and overseeing the entire business development process to ensure profitable growth. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, a deep understanding of cable products (e.g., power, telecommunication), and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
ADD Industries (Telecom, Automotive, White-Goods, Infrastructure)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
5. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
6. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
7. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferably with a focus on electrical or telecommunications industries)
Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the cables or related industry (Related Industry includes Telecom, Automotive, White-Goods, Infrastructure)
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the cable manufacturing industry, including products like power cables, power cords, and communication and control cables.
Job Location: Ghaziabad

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
