Business Development Manager Public Relations (PR)

Job description:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new relationships to expand our client portfolio.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling and customized proposals that address the unique needs of clients and demonstrate the agencys capabilities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached, and contracts are successfully closed.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and relevant forums to represent the agency, build brand awareness, and establish connections within the PR and business communities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and Marketing teams to align business development strategies with the agencys overall objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
- Proven track record of successful business development in the PR or related industry.
- Must have experience with PR sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing Personality and ability to handle sales within defined guidelines.
- Good PR, Social, and Networking Skills to enhance the customer base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
