Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in membrane technologies, water chemicals, and elevator solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding the companys market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in membranes, water chemicals, and elevator solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys overall revenue growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- MBA Preferred.
- 4-8 years of proven experience in business development/sales within membrane, water chemical, or elevator industry.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific products, technologies, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build networks and foster long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
