Key Responsibilities:


- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


- Acquire new clients for IT staffing and augmentation services.


- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Delivery Heads).


- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and ensure repeat business.


- Understanding Client IT Requirements


- Work closely with clients to gather detailed IT resource requirements.


- Suggest suitable staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent hiring) based on client needs.


Sales Strategy & Deal Closure


- Present company capabilities, solutions, and value propositions to clients.


- Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and service offerings.


- Drive and ensure successful deal closures to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Coordination & Collaboration


- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.


- Align delivery timelines and ensure high-quality staffing services.


- Reporting & Market Intelligence


- Maintain accurate sales reports, client data, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.


- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to shape business strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Resource Augmentation business development.


- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.


- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closures.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.


- Proficiency in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.


- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with consistent performance.


Preferred Attributes:


- Existing client network in IT services or staffing industry.


- Experience working with startups, mid-size companies, or enterprise clients.


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


- High level of motivation, ownership, and result-oriented mindset.
