
The Role :
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for TechBulls SoftTech's IT services and product engineering offerings. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building a strong outbound pipeline (India/North America), and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This is an individual contributor role with revenue ownership.

Your Day-to-Day :
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting mid-sized startups and enterprises
- Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking
- Conduct discovery discussions to identify client pain points and business challenges
- Position TechBulls' IT services and engineering engagement models effectively
- Drive solution discussions, demos, and commercial negotiations
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Responsibilities start with Database building
- Reporting to the management with appropriate information.
Experience & Skills :
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Software industry
- Minimum 8+ years selling software solutions or IT services (mandatory)
- Experience selling into North America markets
- Strong understanding of IT services engagement models (T&M, fixed bid, dedicated teams, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to engage CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
- Must be expert with Sales Navigator, CRM, LinkedIn automation, Email Automation. Must be AI savvy.
- Self-driven, structured, and process-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
