Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the US BFSI sector, working in alignment with US Eastern Time. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to deal closure and account expansion = while selling staffing and recruitment services to US clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and drive business development initiatives to acquire new BFSI clients in the US market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong and sustainable revenue pipeline.
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Build, nurture, and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and account expansion.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, and customer success teams to ensure successful fulfillment and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client data in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, BFSI hiring needs, MSP/VMS models, and compliance basics.
- Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and client acquisition targets.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in US staffing.
- Strong track record of selling staffing / recruitment services to US BFSI clients.
- Hands-on experience with US staffing models, MSP/VMS, and basic compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in US Eastern Time shifts.
