Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Calicut market.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is crucial for establishing Capitaire's presence, building a strong client base, and driving revenue growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

- Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Calicut and the surrounding areas.

- Client Acquisition: Prospect, network, and build relationships with potential clients to secure new business contracts.

- Service Promotion: Effectively communicate Capitaire's full suite of services, including corporate finance, structuring, and compliance, to prospective clients.

- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Calicut business landscape.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the head office in Ernakulam to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Approximately 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the consulting or financial services sector.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

An MBA is preferred.

- Communication: Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and network effectively.

- Subject Matter Expertise: A good understanding of business concepts such as business plans, financial models, valuation, and various corporate structuring and compliance topics is a significant advantage.

- Local Knowledge: A strong network and understanding of the business community in Calicut are highly desirable.

- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strategic thinker with a professional and mature demeanor.
