Role Overview:
As the Manager - Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new B2B clients within the Manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on ERP solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Talent Pro's market share and establishing us as a preferred partner for ERP solutions in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Manufacturing sector for ERP solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to drive B2B sales, particularly in the ERP solutions space within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, ERP Sales.
