Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 6+ years of proven success in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales initiatives to achieve organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases.

- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

- Mentor and guide junior business development or sales team members.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
