Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive bitumen sales across assigned territories by developing and executing sales strategies.

- Identify, target, and acquire Traders, Channel partner for Bitumen as per business plans.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with secondary Sales Channel, Dealers, Customers and Key accounts and roll out solutions tailored to their requirements.

- Having strong commercial acumen in market pricing strategies, payment terms, trade terms and contract management.

- Strong knowledge of manging the channel partners, incentive schemes as per market dynamics, achieving sales plans in volume, turnover and profitability.

- Collaborate with the sourcing and Supply chain team to achieve sales targets and business growth

- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Skills

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Traders, Channel partner and customers.

- Act as the primary point of contact for large enterprise clients and ensure OEM approvals where required.

- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Market & Customer Intelligence

- Understand market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

- Gather market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance corporate brand.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination

- Partner with sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Collaborate with marketing to drive product positioning and territory-specific campaigns.

Key Requirements

- Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

- MBA/PGDM preferred

Experience:

- 5-10 years of channel sales experience in Petroleum, specialty chemical and bulk or packed liquid chemical industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering relationships with Traders, channel partners and key customers.

Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Willingness to travel to traders, channel partner, key customer's locations as needed.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories effectively.
