
B2B Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B partnerships with educational institutions, consultancies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
- Lead negotiations and manage sales agreements/contracts.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless services and meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for review and analysis.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to build brand presence and expand connections.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Min. 3-5 years in B2B Sales (experience in the education or EdTech sector is a strong plus).
Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics
- Willingness to travel as required
