Manager - Automation & Process Optimization

Job Summary:

The Automation & Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation and process improvement initiatives across business operations. The role requires strong analytical thinking, process re-engineering expertise, and hands-on experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML tools, process mining, etc.) to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure seamless digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify automation opportunities and streamline existing business processes using RPA, AI, or workflow tools.

- Lead end-to-end process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering to drive efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy automation solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Establish process governance frameworks and performance metrics to measure improvement impact.

- Evaluate new technologies and vendors to enhance automation capabilities.

- Drive continuous improvement culture and provide training/support for automation adoption across teams.

Experience Required:

- Experience: 7-12 years in process excellence, automation, or digital transformation roles.

- Preferred Background: Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and process mining platforms.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
