Responsible for activities related to managing end-to-end recruitment cycle that includes but is not limited to partnering with Partners & leaders as key stakeholders, Strategising recruitment plan, Executive Search, partnering with external agencies, coordinating assessment & interviews, sharing the market intel, discussing the compensation and cash flow, and assisting in onboarding. Role &\Responsibilities : - Driving recruitment strategy for leaders/ Partners level hiring in India. - Managing the executive search and market mapping. - To be ready with market intel on compensation and to be able to present to stakeholders - Managing key stakeholder relationships and strategize to attract the best talent. - Managing relationships with external agencies/vendors budgets and compliances. - Employer branding: build and execute plans to increase the visibility of the organization - Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group - Partner with business leaders in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs - To be able to work on the cash flow statement resulting in creation of final offer letters. - Ensure 100% adherence to the statutory compliances.
