Manager/Assistant Vice President - Financial & Capital Reporting

Hiring : Manager / AVP - Financial & Capital Reporting

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Experience : 5.5 - 8 Years (Manager), 8 -10 years (AVP)

We are hiring for an Associate / AVP role within Financial & Capital Reporting team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate regulatory capital calculations including Credit RWA, Leverage Exposure and Large Exposure

- Assess impact of upstream system changes on regulatory reporting and capital metrics

- Perform validation and quality assurance for regulatory reporting frameworks

- Partner with global stakeholders across Finance, Risk, IT and Front Office teams

- Support process improvements, automation initiatives and testing infrastructure development

- Analyze capital reporting outputs and provide management insights

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Capital Monitoring / Capital Reporting / Regulatory Reporting within Financial Services

- Working knowledge of Credit RWA, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure frameworks

- Exposure to Investment Banking products and Capital Markets

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to work under tight regulatory timelines

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Basel regulations, JFSA / PRA / EBA regulatory frameworks

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, VBA or Python

- Prior experience within Investment Banking or Global Banking environments

Education : CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) required, FRM preferred
