- Social media marketing and management, including campaign planning and execution for B2B and/or B2C organizations.

- Handling full-funnel social media campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis.

- Deep familiarity with major platforms paid advertising tools, community building, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).

- Strong leadership skills for guiding teams and external partners.

- Excellent content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.

- Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

- Prior experience working with brands/agencies in Pune is an advantage.
