Position: Sr. Manager / AGM - OEM & OES Sales
Location: Chennai
Experience: 15-18 years in Automotive Sales with OEM/OES customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive OEM/ OES sales strategies and business development for the region
- Manage the full sales cycle from customer identification to deal closure
- Lead pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing on customer requirements and product plans
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms and contract requirements
- Guide and support sales teams in meeting revenue and profit targets
Qualifications
- B. Tech with MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- SAP and logistics compliance knowledge is an advantage
