- Working with Investment bankers / Big4 / Law Firms etc both in India or abroad.

- Explore new JV partner / alliances etc.

- Business and Profitability analysis of Existing business verticals

- Scanning the land scape for identification for new business opportunities

- Formulating Entry strategy into new businesses

- Spot the ongoing trend in business both in India and abroad

- Inter firm comparison / common sizing of the industry peers

- Financially planning and analysis.

- Candidate also having exposure in Fund Raising from Banks & Financial institutions will be preferred

- Other jobs responsibilities which may evolve over time
