- Develop and execute the brands US-focused affiliate marketing strategy, with a heavy focus on TikTok Shop, content creators, and affiliate partnerships.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture top-performing micro and macro influencers across TikTok and other social platforms.
- Drive performance:
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance through dashboards and partner tools.
- Manage payout structures, budgets, and affiliate commission programs.
- Build partnerships:
- Collaborate with TikTok affiliate teams, agencies, and performance networks.
- Partner with creative and performance teams to build content that converts.
- Market expansion:
- Leverage TikTok Shops US affiliate ecosystem to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Stay updated on trends in influencer commerce, short-form video, and affiliate innovation.
What Were Looking For:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally within D2C / beauty / personal care brands
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Creator Marketplace, or influencer platforms
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills able to scale revenue efficiently
- Experience managing US-based affiliates or creators is a big plus
- Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach
