Job Title: Affiliate Growth Marketer (Crypto / Web3)

About the Role:

Were looking for a hands-on expert to build and scale our global affiliate engine. This role will own creator discovery, outreach, activation, incentive alignment, and performance optimization with a strong focus on driving trading volume and revenue growth.

You must have deep experience in MLM-style B2C growth loops, affiliate monetization models, and scaling trading businesses (ideally in crypto).

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and scale a high-performing affiliate program

- Discover, recruit, and activate creators, trading communities, and KOLs

- Design tiered incentive structures (direct + indirect referrals)

- Align incentives to maximize trading volume and long-term retention

- Manage ambassador lifecycle: onboarding activation growth retention

- Track performance metrics (volume, LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU)

- Develop region-specific growth strategies (LATAM, APAC, MENA, etc.)

- Leverage personal network to accelerate distribution

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years in affiliate / ambassador / creator partnership growth

- Proven experience scaling trading volume through affiliates

- Deep experience with MLM or tiered commission models

- Previously worked with smaller crypto exchanges or Web3 trading platforms

- Strong existing network of crypto KOLs, community leaders, and affiliates

- Data-driven and performance-obsessed

- Experience in high-growth B2C environments

Bonus:

- Experience with non-custodial wallets, crypto cards, or DeFi platforms

- Managed 1,000+ affiliate networks

- Strong presence in Crypto Twitter / Web3 communities

- 3-5x increase in active affiliates
