Shift Timing: Rotational / Night Shift (Typically 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Affiliate Marketing

CTC Band: Up to 13 LPA (Dependent on current CTC, experience, and interview performance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of our affiliate and lead generation campaigns, focusing on achieving superior performance targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, often working during night shifts to align with global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Strategy & Management:

- Campaign Management: Ensures affiliate and lead generation campaigns are managed effectively to achieve expected performance targets (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI, volume). This includes campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting.

- Tactical and Strategic Development: Plans and executes Affiliate campaigns, and is fully responsible for their tactical and strategic development, identifying new opportunities for growth and scale.

- Performance Monitoring: Oversees the affiliate performance against client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

- Budget Management: Manage the affiliate budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources.

Relationship Management & Growth:

- Affiliate Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new, high-quality affiliates and partners through various channels.

- Relationship Nurturing: Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates, networks, and partners to nurture performance growth and secure exclusive placements.

- Negotiation: Negotiate optimal commission structures, placements, and terms with affiliates to maximize profitability.

Reporting & Communication:

- Client Communication: Drives effective client relationships with accurate, timely, and insightful performance communication, including weekly/monthly performance reviews and strategic planning.

- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations on affiliate performance, providing actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Compliance: Monitor affiliate activity for compliance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and program terms and conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years dedicated experience in managing Affiliate Marketing programs, preferably within a client-facing or agency setting.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance-based marketing goals (e.g., CPA, CPL, CPS).

- Deep understanding of performance marketing tracking technologies, attribution models, and industry best practices.

- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and affiliate network platforms.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

- Comfortable and able to commit to Rotational / Night Shift timings (specifically 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST).

- Mandatory: Must be a resident of or currently based in Pune, India.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multiple affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale) and third-party tracking software.

- Familiarity with international markets and global affiliate program management.

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
