The Manager - Administration & Facilities will oversee all aspects of office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and compliance processes across our India operations. This role demands a proactive leader who can optimize costs, enhance the workplace experience, and support our growing workforce with seamless facilities and administrative services.

Experience & Qualifications

- 7-12 years of progressive experience in administration and facilities management within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.

- Proven expertise in ISO audits, vendor management, lease execution, procurement, and workplace safety.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Operations (Master's preferred).

- Familiarity with IoT/AI-driven facility management solutions is a plus.

Skills & Leadership:

- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and cost-optimization skills.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-department collaboration abilities.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational excellence.

- Managing end-to-end facilities operations across multiple locations, including space planning, maintenance, and security.

- Overseeing lease agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

- Leading ISO audits, maintaining certifications, and ensuring adherence to all administrative and regulatory requirements.

- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships for facilities and office supplies.

- Coordinating employee transport and logistics.

- Partnering with HR and leadership to design employee engagement activities and workplace events.

- Leading and mentoring the administration team.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Finance and IT to align facilities strategy with company goals.
