Responsibilities:
As the Manager - Actuarial Hiring, you will:
1. Lead and implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top actuarial professionals.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand talent needs and define job requirements.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
4. Partner with external agencies and leverage online platforms for a diverse candidate pipeline.
5. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer for actuarial professionals.
6. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with academic institutions and actuarial networks.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
1. A minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on actuarial recruitment(analytics, CAT modelling etc).
2. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring for senior and niche roles.
3. Familiarity with the actuarial profession and understanding of technical actuarial qualifications and memberships.
4. Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
5. Strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
