Role Overview:
As the Maintenance Manager (Maintenance Head), you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our client's facilities and equipment.
This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize maintenance schedules, minimize downtime, and improve overall equipment reliability.
Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and the safety of the work environment.

- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions, coordinating with vendors and internal resources as needed.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and parts.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards related to maintenance operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure environment.
