Sr. Manager / Manager - Compliance & Governance 1) To advice Business, on new / existing on all statutory laws including manufacturing and labour laws 2) To conduct periodic compliance audits 3) To manage Compliance portal for M&M & its Group companies" 1) To advice Business, on new / existing all statutory laws including manufacturing and labour laws - Co-ordinate with compliance portal vendor from time to time, on new / amendments of law, understand, assess, discuss and finalise the updates in law with Business. - Hand-holding of new group companies while on-boarding to compliance portal - Maintain tracker report for all queries and other major tasks 2) To conduct periodic compliance audits - To conduct compliance audit, user training for portal, on periodical basis, as per schedule planned by sr. management " 3) To manage Compliance portal of M&M & its Group companies - To address technical and non-technical queries (of Business) regarding compliance portal. - To co-ordinate with compliance portal vendor on resolution of technical queries - To act and undertake tasks for development of features of portal with vendor, as principal co-ordinator - To review the changes in organisation structure and update compliance portal accordingly to reflect latest changes in orgnisation - To follow-up on pending compliances with business at the end of every quarter - To follow-up and ensure compliance certificates are generated by each stakeholder as per the requirement of the BOD - Ensure Business and compliance team follows SOP on activities performed in portal - To timely support third party Labour compliance agency to help update compliance portal on timely basis " Education Qualifications : LLB Experience PQE - 5-10 years Functional skills required to execute the role - Past experience in manufacturing industry - Past experience of handling compliance portal will be an added advantage - Tech savy - Well versed with MS office Behavioral Competencies required - Team player - Excellent Communication skills
