Handling legal documentation, advisory and its related matters relating to corporate and subsidiary Companies. Responsibilities - - Possess excellent skills in drafting/vetting various types of agreements, memoranda of understanding, other commercial documents, correspondence and negotiations with clients and vendor partners. - Provide in-house contract drafting and vetting to various business units and create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders. Provide effective support and guidance and day to day line management including professional supervision as required, to the business teams - Have good knowledge in Real estate documentation and diligence - Have knowledge about the IT industry and IT service and product contracts. - Ensure appropriate service levels are maintained for business units and manage relationships effectively.
