Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and agile leader to head the integrated domains of Organizational Development (OD), Culture and Recognition at Comviva. In this role, you will drive the organizations efforts to build a culture of ownership, performance excellence, and alignment with business goals.
Organizational Development (OD) & Culture:
- Identify organizational challenges impacting key business and people metrics, diagnose issues, and implement actionable, cost-effective solutions in collaboration with leaders and HR business partners.
- Strengthen a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance, with specific focus on employee engagement and development.
- Champion the organizations culture-building journey, embedding values, behaviors, and cultural practices into all people processes.
- Build and sustain an appreciation culture through Rewards & Recognition, driving improvements in recognition programs, Employee Satisfaction (ESAT), and well-being.
- Partner with internal communications to deliver impactful messaging and initiatives that promote the company's culture and values.
