- We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and execute strategies that grow our brand presence, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will blend storytelling with analytics creating content that not only connects emotionally but also performs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize content across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand social media assets.
- Drive community engagement through interactive campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and -live events.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage paid promotions and coordinate with digital agencies for campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement mechanics, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc. )
- Creative thinking with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, or FMCG brands preferred (optional)
